Shipping :

We strive to process and ship your order within 3-7 business days of receiving your order, however, order processing time is dependent upon several factors:

Processing time may vary depending on the time of year. Please allow slightly longer during the Holiday Season.

In most of the cases shipping will be done through DHL Express for smaller light weight items like gaskets or Piston Rings set in few cases Postal service will be used

Returns & Refunds :

Refunds will be only possible in case order is not shipped or out of Stock or broken at our end. Please note all our items are replacement parts and there might be few features which are not as per the original design. But all parts are checked before dispatched and are suitable for replacement by maintaining about 90-95% of the critical parts accuracy.

In case the item is defective or faulty we will either send a replacement or will issue refund for the item. Since these items are dispatched from India major portion of the cost for the item is the forwarding charges so we dont accept refunds in most of the cases as customer has to bear the return shipping cost and we have to bear additional customs charges at our end too

Refunds are issued in the same way when payment has been made while purchasing the goods.
